• It is used in replacement of the water-heater wall switch.
• With this product, one do not have to manually turn off the water heater as this device will countdown to zero from the timing to which it was turned on and switch off the water heater.

Yep, that's a great product. I bought it some time back an my electricity bill has gone down.
it makes sure you don't forget to switch off the heater and waste electricity and money!
